Terms for private translated calls.
These terms describe how customers and invited guests may use NomiTalk.
Voice use and consent
- You may only record or enrol your own voice, or a voice you have permission to use.
- You must not impersonate another person or use saved voice features without consent.
- Saved AI translated voice is optional, can be deleted, and misuse may lead to account suspension.
Accounts, guests, and calls
- Customers need an account to start calls, manage balance, and use subscriber features.
- Guests may join a call without creating an account when invited by the caller.
- Room access, captions, and translated voice still depend on device permissions, browser support, and network conditions.
Credits and saved voice
Live translated calls use prepaid minutes. Subscriber features do not remove the need for prepaid minutes during calls. Saved voice may be deleted from your account, and provider-side cleanup may take longer if an external deletion attempt fails.
Misuse
We may suspend or remove access for impersonation, fraudulent use, abuse of invites, attempts to bypass account or payment rules, or any use that harms another person’s privacy or safety.
