Terms for private translated calls.
These terms describe how customers and invited guests may use NomiTalk.
Voice use and consent
- You may only record or enrol your own voice, or a voice you have permission to use.
- You must not impersonate another person or create a saved voice profile without consent.
- Any future saved voice profile will be optional and removable. Misuse may lead to account suspension.
Accounts, guests, and calls
- Customers need an account to start calls, manage their balance, and use account features.
- Guests may join a call without creating an account when invited by the caller.
- Room access, captions, and translated voice still depend on device permissions, browser support, and network conditions.
Minutes and optional voice profiles
Live translated calls use prepaid minutes. Premium Voice, when available, will not remove the need for prepaid minutes during calls. If you create a saved voice profile after the feature launches, you may delete it from your account; provider-side cleanup may take longer if an external deletion attempt fails.
Misuse
We may suspend or remove access for impersonation, fraudulent use, abuse of invites, attempts to bypass account or payment rules, or any use that harms another person’s privacy or safety.
